- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Let me start by stating I normally dont write reviews, but as a business owner myself I felt it important enough to share my experience with Ruth Hall. My wife and I had purchased a cabin in Galax area and have been life long customers with State Farm (which we have no problem with they are great). To make along story short,this has to do with Ms. Hall's business ethics. She told us that State Farm's underwriters would not write our home owners policy. This all took place in one day. I contacted State Farm underwriters and they had no record of any request. She just appears to not know how to tell the truth. As of now we have been approved for home owners Insurance through State Farm just dont give up on State Farm go to another agent.September 28, 2017by stuart coward
